Joy Cochrane has been made an MBE for services to sport.  Joy, 74, and now retired, recieved the honour for her services to the sport in Essex .Joy is a fully paid member of the OCCA and former Physical Eductaion teahcer at the Coopers' Company and Coborn School in Upminster.  She was nominated by 2 organisations and the Coopers' School.  We would all like to pass on our congratulations ot Joy on her success.
